Adult Learning and Leadership Program

ILE/CGSC students

The Adult Learning and Leadership master’s degree program affiliated with Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth (KS) is a unique and challenging program with an international reputation for excellence. Knowledge gained by graduates of the program is in high demand by both military and civilian employers.

The program’s unique design provides working adult students invaluable interaction with professors and professionals in the field of adult learning and leadership understand the demands of the Command and General Staff College's (CGSC) Intermediate Level Education (ILE). The Adult Learning and Leadership program welcomes any military family members or government civilians to the program.

I hope the change to CGSC offering a master's degree does not distract people from this program. The content taught throughout the program undoubtedly helped me grow as a leader, aids how I communicate as an organizational leader and helped me better understand Soldiers and leaders in my Battalion.
