Graduate Certificate and Endorsement Programs

Certificate programs are non-degree credentials designed to provide students with specialized knowledge that is less extensive than, and different from, a master's program. A certificate program represents a focused collection of courses that, when completed, affords the student some record of coherent academic accomplishment in a given discipline or set of related disciplines.

Endorsements are subject related. A licensed teacher in the State of Kansas can add an endorsement to his/her license. A licensed teacher may have an endorsement in reading, English as a Second Language, etc., which validates that the teacher is qualified or knowledgable in a certain area.
