"I believe that the process of seeking my ESL endorsement through has a tremendous impact for me both personally and as an educator. The networking and knowledge throughout this program is unbelievable and has been an incredible resource for myself and the other two teachers in my district that are completing their coursework.  Our students have truly benefited from the knowledge that we have gained throughout this process. This endorsement program has required me to become a reflective educator, not only with working with ELL students but in everything I do."
